Issa Kallection's RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to making things right through our exchange and damage policies outlined below.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address on the package.

If your exchange is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We want you to love your purchase! Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at issandakitchen@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering:
- A replacement item (if available)
- Store credit for the full purchase amount
- An exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value

This policy applies only to manufacturing defects and shipping damage, not to normal wear and tear or misuse of products.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Due to health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Handmade soap and personal care products (including all Peekaboo Soaps)
- Opened or used beauty products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items

SHIPPING COSTS

For approved exchanges due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit):
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- We will ship the replacement item to you at no charge

For exchanges due to buyer preference (wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind):
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs on the replacement item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method

PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect it within 3-5 business days
- You will be notified via email whether your exchange was approved
- If approved, your replacement item will ship within 5-7 business days
- Store credit (if applicable) will be issued within 3 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return to discuss the best solution.

European Union customers: Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification (subject to our non-returnable items policy). Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to you. We strongly recommend:
- Tracking your shipment
- Requiring signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if your package is lost or stolen

If you did not receive your package and tracking shows it was delivered, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for store credit only (no refunds). After 24 hours, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled.
