At Peekaboo, we offer a curated collection of handmade soaps and lifestyle products. Because we carry both products we create in-house (Peekaboo Soaps) and products fulfilled by our trusted suppliers (wellness, beauty, and lifestyle items), shipping times and methods vary by product type.
Please read this policy carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES
🧼 PEEKABOO HANDMADE SOAPS (Ships from Our Studio)
Processing Time: 2-4 business days
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
Total Delivery: 5-11 business days from order date
Peekaboo soaps are handcrafted in small batches with intention. Once your order is placed, we carefully package each item and ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

🌿 WELLNESS, BEAUTY & LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS (Dropshipped Items)
Processing Time: 2-5 business days
Shipping Time: 5-10 business days (US suppliers)
Total Delivery: 7-15 business days from order date
These products are fulfilled by our trusted partner suppliers located in the United States and/or Europe. Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to our supplier who packages and ships it on our behalf.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your item ships from the supplier's warehouse.
Note: Some items may ship separately if they come from different supplier locations.

📦 MIXED ORDERS (Soaps + Dropship Products)
If you order both Peekaboo Soaps and dropshipped products in the same order, they will ship separately:
- Peekaboo Soaps will ship from our studio (2-4 day processing)
- Dropship items will ship from our supplier (2-5 day processing)
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Total delivery time: 5-15 business days depending on the items ordered.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping:
- $5.99 flat rate for orders under $75
- FREE for orders $75 and over 🎉
Expedited Shipping (Peekaboo Soaps Only):
- 2-3 Day Shipping: $12.99
- Overnight Shipping: $24.99
Note: Expedited shipping is only available for Peekaboo Soaps shipped from our studio. Dropshipped items cannot be expedited as they ship directly from supplier warehouses.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note:
- Alaska and Hawaii may experience slightly longer delivery times (add 3-5 business days)
- PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping
- APO/FPO addresses are accepted with possible extended delivery times

International Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
International Delivery Time: 10-25 business days (depending on customs processing)
Important Information for International Customers:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Tracking may be limited once packages enter your country
- Some countries have restrictions on personal care products (soaps) - please check your local regulations before ordering

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number(s) for your package(s)
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order by:
1. Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
2. Visiting the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and entering your tracking number
3. Logging into your Issa Kallection's account and viewing order status

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed:
- Monday - Friday before 2:00 PM EST: Begin processing same day
- Friday after 2:00 PM EST - Sunday: Begin processing the following Monday
- During holidays: May experience 1-3 day processing delays
Holidays we observe: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to ship all orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume (holiday seasons, sales events)
- Supplier inventory shortages
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (international orders)
We will notify you immediately if your order will be delayed beyond the expected timeframe.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
4. Contact us at issandakitchen@gmail.com if still not received after 48 hours
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
2. Contact us immediately at issandakitchen@gmail.com
3. Include your order number and photos
We will send a replacement item at no cost to you.
Stolen Packages:
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend:
- Requiring signature confirmation (available at checkout for additional fee)
- Shipping to a secure location (workplace, trusted neighbor)
- Installing a security camera or doorbell camera

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you provide an incorrect address:
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address
- If the package is returned to us, you will be charged for reshipping
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase (before processing begins).
To modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at issandakitchen@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy in this case.

PACKAGE INSURANCE
All orders are automatically insured up to $100 at no additional cost.
For orders over $100, we recommend adding additional shipping insurance at checkout (optional, calculated based on order value).

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
You will be notified via email. To have the package reshipped, you must:
- Pay reshipping costs
- Confirm or update your shipping address
Packages that are returned and not reclaimed within 30 days will be forfeited with no refund issued.
